From Kyle Burns Sept 23rd, 2009...

Post  Admin on Wed Sep 23, 2009 11:20 pm

Mr. Haskins,

I cannot say one way or the other until Mr. Megas formally responds to the questions that were posed to him. As of today’s date, other than an inflammatory e-mail the Committee has not received a response.

Are we, in your opinion, now, finally, closer to seeing BCIT trade?

Please respond, sir.

2nd email from Kyle Burns Sept 23rd

Post  Admin on Wed Sep 23, 2009 11:22 pm

Mr. Hxxxxxx,

All parties must be held accountable and the ball is in the BCIT court. The DTCC/SEC have provided their responses and now Mr. Megas has been asked to respond. I didn’t take his response personally but found it very unprofessional and I’ll leave it at that. This issue will be re-examined when the official response is received.

3rd email from Kyle Burns Sept 23 2009

Mr. Hxxxxxx,

I am in no position to comment on what the DTCC plans to do. As stated previously, the ball is in Mr. Megas’ court and once that information is received it will be presented to the DTCC and the SEC respectively and until that time there is no further comment available from this office.
